My journey hasn’t been easy. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced setbacks, burnout, and pressure to push beyond what’s healthy. But through those experiences, I learned the importance of training smarter, not just harder. I’ve coached beginners, competitors, busy parents, and everyday people through weight loss, strength building, injury recovery, and competition prep, always with a focus on sustainability, structure, and self-worth.
